• Requested service: the service you select from the list.
• Optional descriptions: the description you write if you choose "Other / Not Sure", and any message you add.
• Source page: the page of our website you submitted the form from.
• Campaign attribution data: details in the link you used to arrive, such as utm parameters and the Facebook click ID ("fbclid"), when present.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive the information you send there.

• Website hosting and database storage: Lovable Cloud and its underlying infrastructure providers store quote requests in a private database that is not publicly accessible.
• Email delivery: Resend delivers each quote request to our team by email so we can respond.
• Advertising measurement: Meta Platforms, Inc., through the Meta Pixel, where applicable.

We may also disclose information when required by law.

Meta Pixel, cookies and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and successfully submitted quote requests, so we can measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. The Pixel uses cookies and similar technologies. Meta may receive your browser and device information, IP address, cookie identifiers and the pages you visit, and may use that information under its own policies, including for ad delivery and measurement. We do not send your name, phone number, email address or message to Meta through the Pixel.

The Pixel is not loaded for visitors located in the European Union, EEA, United Kingdom or Switzerland, or when a visitor's region cannot be determined.

Depending on where you live, some privacy laws may treat this kind of advertising measurement as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or as targeted advertising. You may contact us about any rights that apply to you.

When you submit a quote request, we contact you to respond to that inquiry. Submitting a quote request is not consent to receive promotional marketing campaigns.
